I ordered and paid for a product in…
I ordered and paid for a product in early November for a Christmas gift. I am still waiting. Their support/customer service stinks. I have called several times and keep getting a recording and I emailed this time. Wonder if I will here from them.

I've bought a few products here
I've bought a few products here, but either the price is unreasonably high, or the product is not of the quality you'd expect. It's a niche market and it's supposed to make you feel special and in the know, but it's not for me.

Prices have been marked up.
They have a wide selection of great products. However! I used to buy quite a bit of skincare on their site, they had a ton of wonderful, niche brands. Over the past few months hs, I've noticed they marked up the prices to OVER retail. Meaning even with the coupons they have, your total price is more than everywhere else. So do your research before you buy. (For example, the serum I looked at was selling for $131, the retail everywhere else is $115. Quite a mark up).

Everything I Need in One Place
Being a busy person, I don't have time to shop at a bunch of different stores. On AHAlife.com, I can find the best beauty products, health/wellness products, unique accessories, unique home decor, and even some amazing gifts for my husband. AHAlife is my one stop shop for everything.

Excellent Customer Serice
Fast Shipping, accessible US based customer service, extremely friendly and helpful team.
Ordered multiple items from multiple brands (site is a marketplace).
Communication was clear that all packages were coming directly from the designers and would arrive at different times.
One product was back-ordered and the AHAlife customer service team did a great job in helping me select a replacement which is better than the original choice I had and they gave me a discount due to the inconvenience - there was never an inconvenience!
A+ Will definitely shop again!
